Levi Robert

We are home from the hospital and are doing well. I have had numerous people (mostly family) ask to see more pictures of Levi, so I am posting a lot on here. For those of you that are not interested in seeing tons of pictures, just ignore this post. But, for those of you that are interested, enjoy lots of pictures of our little guy-and his proud big sister.

In the operating room-only minutes old (6 lbs. 14 oz):

Daddy got to hold him right away:

Up close:

He has lots of light brown hair:
Addie came to visit in the hospital every day. As you will see from the pictures, she loves her baby brother very much. Here are Nana and Dottie with Addie and Levi:
Daddy is reminding Addie to be sweet and gentle with Levi-something we have to remind her of often:

Levi doesn't have his eyes open very often, but Daddy got this really good one of him the other day:
Check out that hair:
Ready to come home:
He was asleep before we even got in the car:
Our family of four finally together (it's hard to see here, but Nana and Addie welcomed us home with a poster):

Kisses from Addie:

And more kisses:

If you look close, Addie is pointing out her "big sister" pin she got from the hospital:
And there it is, up close:
Crossing his hands:
Addie loves to touch Levi-his nose, eyes, ears, hair, etc.:

  1. Olivia loves looking at the pictures. She wants to know who is behind the mask (Bob)because that person is scary. And she keeps commenting on Addie's watermelon & big sister shirts! But she isn't so much into levi...she just wants to see pics of Addie!

  6. He is a cutie! Love seeing Addie with him. I can't count how many times we said "gentle! gentle!" to the twins when Lauren was born. We'd take their hands and rub them gently on Lauren's arm to show them what "gentle" meant. It worked out well, too, to have a "only touch the feet" rule. They could touch Lauren's feet anytime they wanted, but they had to ask Mommy before they touched anything else. We also did a lot of waving and blowing kisses :)
