Addie the Mommy

To say that Addie has motherly instincts would be quite the understatement. The past couple of weeks, Addie has especially taken an interest in being pregnant, or as she puts it, "having a baby in her tummy." Most mornings, I find her pregnant (her blanky is inside her pj's somehow). The baby proceeds to come out sometime around breakfast, then the baby inevitably has at least one birthday at some point during the day (they of course get to eat imaginary cupcakes to celebrate). A lot of times, the baby gets sick sometime during the day, takes naps, and nurses (from her mommy, of course). She needs new diapers (most of the time they are stinky ones, according to Addie) and Addie is actually able to complete an entire diaper change. I wish she could pull that off on Levi! Anyways, all that to say, Addie loves her baby dolls and takes such great care of them. She is a lot of fun to watch and listen to (as her babies get put in time out, need a spanking, or need to say they are sorry). Addie is also teaching them some Bible verses.
